On June 10, 2026, CanadaBis Capital Inc. (“CanadaBis” or the “Company“) and its subsidiaries, Stigma Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Stigma Pharmaceuticals”), 2103157 Alberta Ltd. (“210”), Full Spectrum Labs Ltd. (“Full Spectrum”), and 1998643 Alberta Ltd.
