A bankruptcy petition has been filed with the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region against the V. T. Kushin Plant of Technological Equipment (ChZTO). The initiator is Mekhprofi, which demands to recover 3.5 million rubles from the enterprise.
The reasons for the debt have not yet been disclosed. The creditor also proposed to appoint an interim manager with a monthly remuneration of 30 thousand rubles at the expense of the debtor’s property.
The court has not yet proceeded with the application — it was left without movement until November 16, 2026.
