Christian Tour has released a statement saying its holiday programmes and tour operator activities will continue following AnimaWings’ decision to seek judicial reorganisation, arguing that its charter operations rely on a diversified network of airline partners rather than a single carrier.
AnimaWings filed for insolvency on September 30, saying it was seeking the legal protection needed to stabilise operations and restructure its obligations following repeated technical problems affecting its fleet and mounting financial pressure. The airline said it intended to maintain as many scheduled flights as possible, although changes, rescheduling, or cancellations could occur.
