S & B Removals Ltd’s operations are set to cease as HM Revenue and Customs have applied to wind up the company.
Based at 412 Glasgow Road, Clydebank, the firm has been trading since 2005 in the town, specialising in storage facilities and various removal needs.
The petition was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court on December 11, last year by the Advocate General for Scotland on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
The case calls for the court to order that the company be formally wound up and for a liquidator to be appointed.
