Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has announced the voluntary liquidation of its step-down subsidiary, Think Analytics Consultancy Services Private Limited (TACS). The dissolution was carried out as per the voluntary liquidation proceedings under Section 59 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This decision was confirmed by an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
TACS was not a material subsidiary of CAMS, and its liquidation is not expected to impact the revenue, profitability, operations, or business of the parent company. The decision to dissolve TACS came after an application for liquidation was made to the National Company Law Tribunal.
