Gilks, which has headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire but has an Anglesey office on Mona Industrial Estate, employed more than 100 people (about 30 of whom on Anglesey).
Deeside-based Ethikos Group bought the company, whose clients include both Anglesey and Gwynedd’s county councils, in 2020.
Llinos Medi, the Plaid Cymru MP for Ynys Môn, said: “I am deeply concerned by the sudden collapse of Gilks (Nantwich) Ltd, and the immediate termination of around 30 employees’ employment on Ynys Môn.
“My thoughts are with every family affected by this abrupt and distressing situation. I understand that little or no warning of what was to come was communicated with the local workforce.
