Liquidators for Allone Landscape & Design filed a serious problem report with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) regarding the director’s alleged mismanagement of the company.
The liquidators said they wrote off an overdrawn shareholders’ current account debt of $67,764 after attempts to pursue Griffiths went without response or payment.
The company also allegedly owed $119,293.01 to Inland Revenue in preferential claims, according to a liquidator’s report.
