Corporate Travel Management’s chief legal counsel and company secretary has resigned from her roles and no new replacement has been named.
Shelley Sorrenson said she would leave on August 14, but Corporate Travel has no one lined up to take over. Under listing rules, the company secretary role cannot be left unfilled for more than one month.
