Country Heights Holdings has decided to file claims for damages against a liquidation company, the insolvency department, and the petitioner, Amy Siew, over the liquidation of its subsidiary Mines Waterfront Business Park.
The parent company said its board of directors decided to proceed with legal action following a review of recent developments in the liquidation process.
