The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company involved in specialised cleaning services.
The undertaking was received for eight years from Roberta Carson (42) of Clonduff Drive, Castlereagh, Belfast, in respect of her conduct as director of Fourwinds Cleaners Ltd (“the Company”).
The Company was involved in specialised cleaning services with a registered office at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW. The Company went into liquidation on 25 May 2022 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £18,000. There…
