The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company involved in the running of a coffee shop.
The undertaking was received for seven years from Raymond Killoh (63) of Larne Road, Ballycarry, Co. Antrim, in respect of his conduct as director of Espresso@ETC Ltd (“the Company”).
The Company was involved in the running of a coffee shop with a registered office at 20 High Street, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AF. The Company went into liquidation on 17 May 2022 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £90,109.88. There was a…
