The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company which traded in the repair and maintenance of aircraft and spacecraft.
The undertaking was received for eleven years from John Rose (68) of Bexley Drive, Bangor, in respect of his conduct as director of Oibas Ltd (“the Company”).
The registered activity of the Company was repair and maintenance of aircraft and spacecraft with a registered office at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW. The Company went into liquidation on 30 March 2023 with an estimated deficiency as…
