The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted disqualification undertakings from the directors of a company which traded in the business of other cleaning services.
The undertakings were received for seven years from James Lunn (55) and Catherine McHugh (37) of Moira Road, Hillsborough, in respect of their conduct as directors of Malone Cleaning Group Limited (“the Company”).
The registered activity of the Company was other cleaning services with a registered office at 2-14 East Bridge Street, Belfast, BT1 3NQ. The Company went into liquidation on 07 November 2022 with an…
