The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) intervened into the “remainder” of Coupe Bradbury Solicitors Ltd, in Bath Street, Lytham-St-Annes on August 5.
Coupe Bradbury Solicitors Ltd entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation last month, and Rosalind Hilton and Jane Hardy, of Blackpool-based Adcroft Hilton Limited, were appointed liquidators on July 21.
The SRA has appointed Sean Joyce, of Stephensons, as the intervening agent.
An SRA intervention means a practice is closed immediately and can no longer act for its clients.
