“From the pleadings before it, the Court finds that QHI is insolvent and that it is in the best interests of QHI, its creditors and all other parties in interest for a Receiver to be appointed to take charge of QHI’s property and to distribute the property to its creditors and otherwise perform and exercise the powers granted the Receiver … ,” states an agreed order filed Sept. 4.
