The eatery used to operate under MK Catering LTD, which will be wound up after a petition ordering as much was presented to Dunfermline Sherriff Court on Monday, February 10.
A representative of the Central Park establishment explained that it is open as usual, and not in danger of closing down.
In December, a new firm called Suvshree Catering LTD was incorporated and registered to Shimla Palace.
