We have learned that Cube Creative Computer Company has been placed in judicial liquidation as of September 4. The company had been unable to meet its financial obligations since July 30, 2026.
The news comes roughly six and a half years after Xilam announced its acquisition of Cube Creative. Specializing in both 3D and 2D animation, the company was based in Levallois-Perret, near Paris. Founded in 2002, Cube Creative had made a name for itself with projects such as the series Kaeloo and, more recently, Athleticus, which aired in France on Arte.
