
Hundreds of home construction projects, including a number in Torquay, Clifton Springs and Werribee, ground to a halt in February when the company went into voluntary administration.
Administrators have since managed to find replacement builders for around half of the company’s incomplete homes.
However up to 200 other property owners have had their contracts terminated and will need to make their own arrangements to have their houses finished.
