A Danish flooring company, based in Svendborg on the island of Funen, has been placed under bankruptcy proceedings after a former employee filed a petition over unpaid salary claims.

The Bankruptcy Court in Svendborg issued the ruling on 4 March. Attorney Anders Hammer Hansen from Njord Law Firm has been appointed as trustee and is currently reviewing the case of the company, Skyttes Gulve. According to Hansen, it is still early in the process and no formal creditor claims have yet been submitted.
