The Dewan Housing Finance Ltd (DHFL) has moved the Bombay high court challenging a special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) courts refusal to discharge it from the corruption case involving its promoters Kapil and Dheeraj Wadhawan, and Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor.
