The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company which traded as roofing activities.
The undertaking was received for seven years from Neil Thomas Rainey (50), of Whitethorn Brae, Dromara, Dromore, in respect of his conduct as director of Ecosealni Ltd (“the company”).
The registered activity of the company was roofing activities with a registered office at 171 Moira Road, Lisburn, BT28 1RW. The company went into liquidation on 7 September 2023 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £596,379.98. There…
