The High Court has made a Disqualification Order against the director of a company which operated in the line of business of plant, lorry and labour hire.
The Order was made for nine years against Barry McGurk (44) of Laxford Lane, Broughty Ferry, Dundee in respect of his conduct as director of BMG Group Ltd (“the Company”).
