LEADER of the Progressive Democratic Patriots (PDP) and former president of the Public Services Association (PSA) Watson Duke is facing bankruptcy, according to his attorneys.
And if Duke is declared bankrupt then he may not be able to contest next year’s general election, they said.
Duke’s financial difficulties follow his retirement from the Public Services Association (PSA) in December 2021, as since then he has not been receiving his pension payments from the union which has left him unable to make his full mortgage payments and pay other financial expenses, his lawyers say.
