Christine Convy, Chartered Accountant and Licensed insolvency practitioner at Dunedin Advisory Limited, has been appointed interim liquidator of KNS Shopfit (UK) Ltd.
The company, which operated from premises in Carluke providing shop fitting services to a variety of retail customers ceased trading on 17 April 2026 due to a liquidation petition lodged by HM Revenue and Customs, being undefended and resulting in the winding up of the company.
In recent years the company employed an average of 10 personnel however this had reduced to six shortly prior to the liquidation. This includes two apprentices whose contracts were terminated on 15 April 2026. Employees are being contacted…
