A boardroom ban has been imposed
A Co Down man has accepted a six-year boardroom ban after his building and construction company went bust while owing more than £100,000.
Eamonn McNamee (58), from Carrowmannan Road, Belleeks, Newry, was found to have transferred money meant for a creditor to his own personal bank account, and to have made cheques and payments to trade creditors that the company was not able to fulfil.
