EGR Wealth Limited has entered into administration after it agreed to a voluntary requirement from the Financial Conduct Authority the month before.
On August 24, EGR officially entered into administration and Robert Goodhew and Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory Limited were appointed as joint administrators.
This follows EGR Wealth agreeing to a voluntary agreement on July 24 which restricted the activities it was able to carry out.
This included not being able to hold or control client money or being unable to undertake new regulated activities, such as accepting new customers or new investments, without the FCA’s consent.
