Elite Sports Apparel has entered into administration as the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) moves to wind the business up, with the company’s director considering options to repay creditors.
Australian sportswear manufacturer Elite Sports Apparel has been supplying custom sports uniforms and workwear since 2013.
Mitchell Ball and Gavin King of insolvency firm Mackay Goodwin have been appointed joint administrators, according to an ASIC insolvency notice published on October 27.
Ball told SmartCompany that the company is facing action from the tax office.
