Enerparc AG entered provisional insolvency proceedings in early September after a financing effort fell through. The case also involves sister firms Pvwerk and Sonnen Tiefbau, which carry out project implementation, while marketing arm Sunnic Lighthouse and Enerparc Service remain outside the proceedings.
According to the company and provisional insolvency administrator Stefan Denkhaus, a partner at law firm BRL, over 10 non-binding offers have come in.
