Euro Security Limited, which traded as Euro Security and Euro Fire & Security, filed its statement of affairs after entering creditors’ voluntary liquidation on Wednesday, August 26, revealing debts of more than £80,000.
The liquidation came less than two months after the company challenged plans to strike it off the Companies House register.
Euro Security received a First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off on June 9 after failing to file its 2026 confirmation statement.
The action was suspended after an appeal on June 24 and formally discontinued on July 1.
By the end of August, the company had gone into voluntary liquidation.
