Newman Event Services Limited, which previously operated from Bloxham Mill in Bloxham, near Banbury, has begun a creditors’ voluntary liquidation after members voted to wind up the business.
Documents filed with Companies House show it owes 21 creditors an estimated £561,600.86, as of early September 2026.
Assets are expected to realise almost £51,000, leaving an estimated deficiency of more than £576,000.
The largest creditor listed was HM Revenue & Customs, which it owes almost £395,000. Other debts included more than £93,000 owed to business lender Funding Circle and almost £12,000 owed to Santander.
