The former boss of Liverpool’s Hooters venue and the company she ran were ordered to pay more than £60,000 after harassing a disabled employee. Rachel Moss – who appeared in court this week for failing to provide a specimen after being pulled over by police – ran the Liverpool Hooters restaurant until her company went into liquidation.
