A FAMILY of four in Tamil Nadu, India, went into hiding in a mountain because they were afraid to take the Covid-19 test, Makkal Osai reported.
When a farmer in the city of Salem was found to have been infected with the virus, health officials tested his neighbours.
However, one couple along with their two sons who were apparently afraid of the swab tests, decided to hide out in the Karungkaradu hill.
Health officials found them at their hideout in the hill.
> The same daily also reported that 7,453 Indians in Malaysia were declared insolvent in the past five years for various reasons.
Last year, 1,039 Indians were declared bankrupt, while the number up to July this year stood at 307.
