Redmill Fabrication Limited, based at the Whitehill Industrial Estate in Bathgate, will cease trading after almost 50 years after its owners decided to retire following the unsuccessful sale of the business, as first reported by The Herald .
According to recent filings to Companies House, the directors of the firm agreed a resolution “that the company be wound up voluntarily and that the liquidator authorised to divide among the members either in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company”.
