Glynn Andrews Car Sales Ltd has been based on Liverpool Road in Widnes for more than 20 years.
But the sad news of its closure has been confirmed by The Gazette, which acts as the authorised record for Government notices, including company insolvency.
At present, the Glynn Andrews website states that the site is ‘down for maintenance’, and the Facebook page is currently unavailable.
A resolution for winding-up posting on The Gazette on February 3 confirms creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
It states: “Notice is given that, at a general meeting of the company, a special resolution was passed that the company be wound up voluntarily.
