AUSTIN (KXAN) — U.S. District Court Judge Lee Rosenthal ruled Friday that former InfoWars host Alex Jones has “no standing” to appeal a bankruptcy court’s order placing the assets of Free Speech Systems (FSS), the conspiracy website’s parent company, into a receivership.
Jones and FSS in 2025 lost a lawsuit brought by the families of those killed in the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. The total damages bankrupted Jones and FSS.
Global Tetrahedron, parent company of satirical newspaper The Onion, won a bid to buy FSS assets, which include InfoWars. The payment would allow for the Sandy Hook families to receive damages…
