NW Aviation Ltd, which is registered at Park Avenue in Saltney, passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up at a general meeting held on September 17.
According to notices published in The Gazette, members of the company agreed that the business should be wound up voluntarily and appointed insolvency practitioners Ian James Royle and David Adam Broadbent, of Begbies Traynor’s Teesside office, as joint liquidators.
NW Aviation Ltd was incorporated in April 2018 and operated in the aircraft and spacecraft repair and maintenance sector.
The winding-up resolution was passed during a meeting at Begbies Traynor’s offices on Teesside, with chairman Neil Whitley overseeing proceedings.
