Ian Patience and his partner Fiona Gordon ran Footloose Sailing from their home in Upton, near Acle, chartering out their 57ft cruising yacht, Asante, for voyages around the world.
But the couple have now put the company into liquidation after losing their vessel to a fire in the South African port city.

Mr Patience said the “painful” experience has cost them too much to continue the business they set up together in 2023.
“Unfortunately, we have wound up the company, which was a very small business,” he said.
“We were in Cape Town…
