Former National MP and Wellington City Council candidate Aaron Gilmore has staved off a second bankruptcy bid after paying most of the amount owed.
The liquidators of his investment company, Cow Power Investments, had applied to have him declared bankrupt over a legal-costs award.
However, the bankruptcy application was adjourned
