A fishing business with more than £500,000 in assets has been placed into a members’ voluntary liquidation.
G Polston Ltd of Symbister, Whalsay, has appointed joint liquidators which intend to make a final distribution to creditors.
According to a public notice, creditors must provide details of their debts, along with any requested documentary evidence, by 14th October.
Founded in 2011, G Polson Ltd is described as a marine fishing business. Its latest company filings showed assets worth more than £500,000.
The members’ voluntary liquidation status means the company can pay its known liabilities in full.
