A United States home improvement company has filed for bankruptcy.
The company has been around for about four decades, although business has slowed in recent years.
TheStreet reports how Gardener’s Supply Company — a Burlington, Vermont-based company that claims to be 100 percent employee-owned — filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on June 20.
According to WCAX, the filing lists Gardeners Supply Company’s estimated assets to be between a little over $1 million to $10 million. Roughly $10,000 to $50 million worth of liabilities was also noted.
