Hamburg’s district court (Amtsgericht Hamburg) opened preliminary insolvency proceedings against Enerparc AG, a German photovoltaic project developer, on Monday. Judges appointed lawyer Stefan Denkhaus of the BRL law firm as preliminary insolvency administrator. The opening of the proceedings guarantees employee wages for three months.
