Germany-based solar technology company BSH (BSH Hausgeräte), has filed for insolvency proceedings at the Schweinfurt District Court due to over-indebtedness.
The court ordered preliminary insolvency administration and appointed a provisional insolvency administrator.
BSH’s business operations are continuing during the preliminary insolvency proceedings. The administrator and his team are assessing the company’s financial position and holding discussions with business partners.
The company said preparations are underway to pre-finance insolvency payments for the coming months to cover wages for approximately 80 remaining employees.
