Germany’s solar and storage EPC firm ENERPARC AG has filed for insolvency proceedings, just months after it announced plans to expand its solar and battery storage business with up to €1 billion in financing.
Following the company’s Executive Board filing a petition with the Hamburg Local Court to open insolvency proceedings, on September 7, 2026, the court appointed Attorney Stefan Denkhaus of Hamburg-based law firm BRL as provisional insolvency administrator.
Denkhaus said he has begun working with the company and its advisers to stabilize operations as the first priority. He said initial discussions were already underway with the Executive Board, advisers, and lenders.
