The Herald can reveal Duncan Raggett and David McGinness of accountancy firm and restructuring specialist AAB were appointed joint provisional liquidators on November 21.
The liquidators made no comment when asked how many people were employed by the firm at the time of the appointment. Unabridged accounts filed by Dog Consultancy at Companies House show that it had employed an average of 27 people over the 15 months ended December 31, 2024.

The website for Dog Consultancy shows that the firm had worked for a host of major brands, ranging from Isle of Harris Distillery and The Macallan to Baillie Gifford and L’Oreal. The firm was incorporated in October 2023.
