Gillens Coaches Limited is in the process of liquidation following a successful petition from HMRC for the bus firm to be wound up, according to The Herald.
The petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for HMRC to order that Gillens Coaches Limited “be wound up and to appoint a liquidator”.
Mark Harper, of Opus Restructuring, was appointed as liquidator to the company.
