The Glasgow-based design and construction firm Maxwells (Scotland) Limited has been placed into liquidation, following HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) court action against the firm.
The firm was the subject of a petition from HMRC to Airdrie Sheriff Court for the firm to be wound up by the court, with a liquidator appointed, reports The Herald.
Steven Wright from Dains has been selected as the interim liquidator to the company.
