The reassurance follows the news that its management company, SH Gloucester Quays Limited, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on Monday 2 February 2026, raising concerns about the restaurant’s future.
Opus Restructuring LLP, the liquidators, confirmed the company does not hold the lease for the Gloucester Quays site, nor does it employ staff directly.
A spokesman for Opus LLP said: “By way of clarification, at the date of liquidation the company did not hold any property interests.
“The lease in respect of the restaurant premises is understood to be held by a separate legal entity.
