Go2023 Realisations Ltd, which is based in Daresbury Park, has appointed liquidators.
The notice, published on The Gazette, was made earlier this month.
The business was incorporated in 2015 and carries out quarrying of ornamental and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and slate.
It was formerly known as Geo Quarries Ltd.
Back in July, another Daresbury Park firm Fast Form Systems Ltfd appointed administrators.
The notice, published on The Gazette, was made at the end of June due to corporate insolvency.
