Former One Nation senator and declared bankrupt Rod Culleton is, in his own words, “not dead yet” and he’s going down swinging in the fight to retain his seat.
The West Australian farmer has been subtly warned, via his lawyer, that he risks prosecution for impersonating a public official if he persists in claiming to be a senator. The criminal offence carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
