A winding-up petition has been served against the company that owns Hamilton Academical Football Club, Lanarkshire Live Sport can reveal.
1874 Holdings Limited, which new Accies owner Rob Edwards and his Morley Sports Management group acquired back in January when they completed their takeover, has been served with the petition by the firm Zenith Legal Services Group Limited.
